We come under South Northants Council and after our recent Environmental health department Inspection we was Awarded the Highest Mark of 5 STARS. Now I have it I aim to keep it.

All our Trailers come with Full Public Liability Insurance (£5 million) Full Gas and Electric safety certificates, and fully licensed by Both Milton Keynes and South Northants Councils. Hygiene and Food quality standards will not be compromised.

Holdsworth-foods are my main supplier. The service they offer is First Class from tele sales, Reps to the Drivers. Stock delivery is not a problem for them, at the large events such as The British Grand Prix at Silverstone they will deliver as often as needed every day.

Pegasus Catering (mk) has been Operating from Milton Keynes for almost 5 Years now.
 
At first it was difficult to break into the show/event circuit as most were all ready filled by other company's. My break came when I was offered a

Local Horse riding clubs entire list of events for the year... After that the phone didn't stop ringing, I was offered so many events that I had to turn some down.
 In my second year I was offered a Dog show, only a small one which turned out very good as it happens... but this led to being booked to do a show for The British FlyBall association. Which was great fun? I now cover the Flyball Championships over 5 days in Warwickshire; this will be my 3rd year covering it. We provide every thing from a Simple Cold sandwich to a wide selection of Evening Meals for all the Competitors camping on site.
 
 The Bookings kept coming in, I was booked to cover a Film Crew on Location that was making a Drink and Drive Video for school education and at Christmas was shown on TV... For 4 Days we provided a full Range of Foods for all the Film Crew, Actors, Stunt Men and The Emergency services that were used in the making of the film.

 As well as the horse and dog shows I was now covering much bigger events such as the Land Rover Show at Billing Aquadrome and one of the Largest Campsites at Silverstone(Windmill Farm Camp Site) during the F1 British Grand Prix. This will be my Third year on site and was invited to cover The Return of The Motto GP to Silverstone

Music events/festivals are becoming more regular, for last 2 years the Tog Fest at Bradwell Abbey and again return to The Buckingham Band Jam for my second year...
